All Christians must experience growth in their christian life, because sanctification is the evidence of one’s justification; therefore, all members at Wellington actively pursue:
- Growth in their knowledge of God’s word.
- Service to the Lord from a heart of gratitude. As one grows in his knowledge of God’s word, he will naturally desire to become an active participant within the body of Christ.
- Faithfulness to Christ through fellowship in worship, study, and service.
- Opportunities for meeting needs within the Body locally and abroad.
